Terms of service

The German version is legally binding.

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “T&Cs”) apply to all orders that consumers place via the online shop siberia.eu with:

A consumer within the meaning of these T&Cs is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor attributable to their independent professional activity.

Deviating terms of the customer are not recognised unless we expressly agree to their validity.

2. Contracting party and conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue.

By clicking the order button (“Buy now”, “Order with obligation to pay” or a similar label), you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

After receipt of your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.

The purchase contract is only concluded when we:

confirm the order by email, or
ship the goods.

If we do not accept your order within 2 days, it is automatically deemed rejected.

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices stated in the online shop are final prices in euros and include statutory value added tax.

Shipping costs may be charged in addition to the stated prices. The shipping costs are shown in full in the ordering process before the order is completed.

4. Terms of payment

Various payment methods are available in our online shop. The available payment methods are shown in the ordering process.

Depending on the payment method, payment is processed by external payment service providers.

Depending on the payment method chosen, the means of payment is charged immediately after the order is completed or in accordance with the terms of the respective payment service provider.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Deliveries are made exclusively to the countries stated in the ordering process.

The delivery time is stated in the respective product offer and during the ordering process.

Should an item exceptionally be unavailable, we will inform you without delay.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

7. Warranty

The statutory rights for defects apply.

Please check the goods for completeness and possible transport damage on receipt. If you find any damage, please inform us as soon as possible.

This does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

8. Protection of minors

The sale of the products offered in our online shop is subject to the provisions of the German Youth Protection Act (Jugendschutzgesetz).

Products are supplied exclusively to persons who have reached the age of 18.

By submitting the order, you confirm:

that you have reached the age of 18
that your details regarding name and address are correct.

Shipping may include an age check by the delivery agent. In this case, the goods will only be handed over to persons who can prove their age.

9. Contract language and storage of the contract text

The contract language is German.

We do not store the contract text permanently. The order data and these T&Cs will be sent to you by email after the order is completed.

10. Dispute resolution

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) was discontinued as of 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Choice of law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not withdraw the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
