siberia.eu ships Siberia and the other brands in its product range from a warehouse in the Czech Republic to customers in Germany and other countries of the European Union. This article sums up what you should know before and after placing an order: how the volume discount is structured, what shipping costs, how long it takes and how to store the cans once they arrive.
The volume discount
If you order several cans at once, you get a discount that increases with the quantity. The tiers are:

Shipping costs
From a merchandise value of €55, standard shipping to all delivery countries is free. What counts is the amount, not the number of cans. Below that, these shipping costs apply:

If the merchandise value is below €39, a small-order surcharge of €5 is added; it appears at checkout directly in the name of the shipping method (“incl. €5 small-order surcharge”). Standard shipping to Germany then costs €10.99 instead of €5.99.

How long delivery takes
The delivery time consists of two stages:
- Processing: After payment is received, your order is usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Nothing is shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
- Transit: After shipping, delivery within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days, to the other delivery countries 3–7 business days.
Around public holidays or when demand is high, it may take longer. As soon as the package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, with a tracking number if available.
Depending on the items, an order may come from different warehouses within the EU and then arrive in several packages. This does not incur any shipping costs beyond the amount shown at checkout.
Age verification on delivery
Delivery is made only to persons who have reached the age of 18. The courier may ask to see an ID for this. If the age cannot be confirmed, delivery may be refused. So plan for you or another adult to accept the package in person.
After arrival: check the package
Check the shipment right after you receive it. If a can is damaged or something is missing, contact us as soon as possible at support@siberia.eu. A photo of the packaging helps us resolve the issue.
Storing cans properly
Especially with larger quantities, for example from the 60 or 120 tier or with the 500 g box, cans will be kept for a while. A few basic rules help keep the aroma and pouches the way they were delivered:
- Keep them closed: Only open the can you currently need. Keep the others closed, ideally in the original carton.
- Cool and dark: Do not store the cans in the sun, next to a heater or in a hot car. Many people keep their supplies in the refrigerator.
- Lid on: Close an opened can tightly again after each use so that the pouches do not dry out or absorb moisture.
- Oldest first: Look for a printed date if the can has one. If you put new stock at the back, you automatically take the older cans first.
- Follow the manufacturer's instructions: If the packaging has its own storage instructions, they take precedence over general tips.
- Store safely: Keep the cans out of the reach of children and pets.
